Weekly weigh-in #4 and more

Iam afraid I dont have good news, but I dont have bad news either. I weigh exactly the same as I did last week.

I was advised by a friend to record my weight everyday, but it sort of scared me, yet I managed to step on those evil scales twice this week, and I did get the same reading more or less.

Maybe I have plateaud again? Iam not sure. 

I have read articles about how it gets tough to lose the last fifteen-twenty pounds, but what if you ONLY have to lose fifteen pounds?
Well I know noone has answer to that million dollar question.
I have been doing a lot of  reading lately,  and I think I have read this post, before and it made me break a sweat *despite* that scale.


Other than that, I have not been upto much except sleeping really late, and by late I mean 4am. I just cannot seem to sleep. As a result I woke up at 10am, ate my breakfast and slept off again. Well, Iam here to relax as well, right?

I also went grocery shopping and bought some cherry tomatoes--my newly found love, bell peppers, mushrooms and quinoa. But I want things to  get magically cooked. Yeah. 
I forgot to get some stuff and as a result, I will eat the same dinner I ate yesterday a chicken wrap with peanut butter, and lots of veggies.

 My brother left and well, this place looks so empty without him. He will not be coming back till the 29th and I might extend my ten days stay a little more to keep mom and dad company.
With that said it's only possible if, I stay on track, make kids do the holiday home work and take them for swimming.

Iam sorry this has become a looong post. Iam trying really hard not to whine about the weight. Iam making all the right choices, so eventually the weight will come off!!!!

What are your plans for the next two days? Amy is coming over and we are eating out and going for a movie.(yahoo for that!)

  1. We just picked up some quinoa too, and will be having it with dinner tonight (I love it and the couscous as much as rice, maybe even better).

    Not losing or not gaining is okay, you look great!

  2. Today's my weigh-in day too. Lost only 0.8kg :( Still a loooooong way to go before I hit my weight target. Can't wait to look like my old body again. :(

    Hmm so what are my plans for the next 2 days. Probably get my hair trimmed tomorrow and buy me a new sandal. As a gift for losing some weight. lol

  4. I only have 10 pounds to lose and it's hard! I lose 2, gain 2. Back and forth, over and over lol. It's a never ending battle for me.

    I LOVE cherry tomatoes too! I have also just gained a love for zucchini too. Now that summer is here, I will eat a lot more fresh fruit and veggies and hopefully lose a few of those 10 lbs!
